Quality Band Set

This is a good band set. You get 3 different expanders in pastel colors. They have a slight rubber feel on the inside to keep them in place during exercise. Everything is soft, not a simple rubber band. It comes with a drawstring mesh pouch and an exercise guide. I like to incorporate them into my training.
