Nice product, somewhat easy to install with few exceptions.Instructions were not real clear, Installing cleat and tie down reference fig 18, there is NO fig 18!When putting rods together, take your time, if it seems to hang while tightening, unscrew it a bit then tighten.It helped to remove one end of rod to easily slide them through fabric material.I did have to cut one rod and it was easy, just cut off the rod, I used a plastic screw holder (molly) that you would use to screw into a wall.I found that if you loosely install pulley assy to top of fabric, you can then slide the assy to where you want it, then tighten it down.Have fun.
