I ordered a size up as I read a lot of people recommend this in reviews. I got a pair of shoes one size bigger. I'm not sure if they would be more comfortable if they were the right size or not. I've worn them to work a few times because I was in dire need of a new pair of shoes at the time (I'm a nurse so I'm on my feet all day). My feet hurt a lot after wearing them and the tongue of the shoe came up too high and chafed the forefoot where my shin meets my foot (if that makes sense). All of these problems can be because they were too big. However, my friend said she had a pair in the past and didn't like them either. If you are looking for comfort, look elsewhere and invest a little more dollars.
