I have mo monitosa on monitor arms and don't have much desk space for a table lamp. This monitor light is the perfect solution to my desk lighting needs. The mechanism that attaches the light bar to the monitor is simple, but it works. Once properly positioned, the light bar doesn't move even if I move my monitor. I like that the controls are either on the lightbar itself and not on the cord as it keeps the cords away from my desk. It has 3 different lighting options (see last 3 photos) and you can also adjust the brightness level. I took off a star for two reasons: the power connector on the light bar is a little loose, so you need to make sure the USB-C cable is secure, and you can double-check that connection point if you find the light is off is . Another reason is that it is difficult to adjust the brightness level. It goes from full brightness to dimming very quickly, so you'll have to be quick to get it into the mid-brightness range. Overall I'm happy with this light bar and would recommend it if you're willing to live with a few downsides.
