I'm 6 feet, 190 pounds. I bought both medium and large. The medium was pretty good but a bit stiff, especially after washing as it shrinks (and I washed and tumble dried cold). So I bought a big one. The large pant had a looser fit, but oddly the large belly/waist length was shorter than the medium. After I washed the big one (again with cold water and hung it to dry) it shrunk to a ridiculous size. It was a crop top with an open belly button. Very inappropriate. Cheap but I just threw them in the trash so not for $11.
