Update: Durability is not as expected. After a few months of moderate daily use (MP3 player in shirt pocket) commuting to and from work, the connection between the cables and the stereo jack begins to fail. Regular body movement causes disconnects and I don't expect these headphones to last the rest of the year. It's a shame because they produce a good sound.----------------------------------------------------- - ----------------------------------------- --------- - wore them for several months before opening the pack and trying them on. I first tried using the headphones as they were packaged - no little sponge caps over the earbuds - and was utterly let down by the loose fit, weak mids, creaky highs and almost no bass. and give them one last try. What?!?! Were they the same phones? The earbuds fit my ears much better and I have a completely different experience with great mids, good highs and very decent bass. Avoid various grumbling and chirping spread by your companions on public transport. Remember to use sponges.
