Review on 🐶 Eukanuba Adult Large Breed Lamb Dry Dog Food - 30 lb Bag -With Real Lamb as the 1st Ingredient by Michelle Godinez

Since 2003 I have been buying Eukanuba large breed adult dry food with lamb and rice. I started using Revain in 2015 and have never experienced dissatisfaction like this. . The £30 Eukanuba package we received in March 2019 was definitely different. The pellet size was smaller and it looked very dry, old and dusty. I called Eukanuba and shared my concerns about the food with the representative. She said it could be related to the size of the "mascara" used. We ordered another 30lb bag in May and the pellets were the same. The very dry little piece caused the dog to "chase" the piece in the bowl, gobble it up and swallow it faster. As a result, he vomited. The vet was consulted and he recommended buying a bowl with built in obstacles to slow down mealtimes. He learned to use it, so another bowl was bought. When another bag was needed the 30lb bags were sold out so 2 15lb bags were ordered. Last night I opened one of the new bags and found the pellets were the size I was familiar with and fresher looking. Because the pellets are bigger and fresher, our dog eats them with no problem. I had a few pieces left over from a £30 bag and there was a definite difference. I think the last two bags were old and exposed to high temperatures. I deserve a refund for two 30 pound packets of Eukanuba dog food. Thank you Babette Barter.
