I really wanted this one. I've wanted a French Press for a long time. Too often the middle section gets stuck and doesn't lift up for the filter coffee to flow through. When this happens it's hard to squeeze and then the coffee is sprayed through the seal next to the glass. If it works properly, TOO much base will go through the seal. I don't want bitter coffee
