After trying and returning 14 (yes, 14!) other shower heads from Amazon, I finally found the perfect one. My fiancé refuses to change the shower head or add an extension, so we use it for the typical short 45 degree bend, but it's still awesome. We can't use the widest setting because the pressure is too low at an angle and falls right on the tub faucet. BUT oh my god the medium setting is absolute PERFECTION with lots of opacity. It's as wide as many of the 8-inch showerheads we've tried, and I don't feel like we're missing out without a wider setting. It's so soft and smooth and washes away soap as quickly as if you poured a bucket of water over yourself, even with the flow restrictor intact. Perfect for a quick rinse on long hair, the tight setting applies a lot of pressure (I say this as a snob who gets annoyed if the rinse lasts longer than 90 seconds), but doesn't have the typical sting. Another key win is that it should use less water than the others that claim to be 2.5 GPM because the water gets hotter and stays hot longer than any other shower head I've tried. I was so frustrated in our new home with the shower being warm but not hot that I was ready to call the plumber, but this shower head fixed everything in no time! water, here it is. I literally spent 3 months returning shower heads and although I had to try 2 others from the same batch as this one, I sent them back straight away and had no worries after using them once. It's pure bliss and so worth the price.
