This hard drive is junk! I ordered a new laptop because my old one is running out. I ordered this external hard drive to store all my business documents and photos. That does not work! They claim it's "plug and play" and you don't need to download any software to make it work. I connected it to my old and new laptop and it doesn't work. We tried connecting it to my husband's laptop and it still didn't work. There is a website on the box, but the entire website is in Chinese, not English. We tried to fix Revain but it didn't work. Do not buy this item. Now I have to go through the return issue to get a refund. I also had to order a new external hard drive. ATTENTION TO THE BUYER! THIS IS ABSOLUTELY DIRT!
