The best part about this product is that it's free to use! It could use an upgrade in their customer support (for example, sending emails instead of instant messaging). I think they also need to improve their mobile app. We have been able to set up appointments very quickly with the help of our account manager who has helped us out every step of the way. Also, we can do this all from home without ever having to leave the house or even be present at work. The ability to schedule appointments online, track them as they happen in real time is very useful! I haven't found anything that doesn’t work well enough yet!! So far so good - seems like it has all of our needs at this point :) We use UBOOOQ primarily because we have an app with many customers who are always trying something new (we're not). It's also great when you need help from someone outside your immediate team but still want access too their calendar or notes/documents etc.
