The chair is good. I sit in it for many hours and the only thing I like is the footrest. I feel it should be lower because I have very long legs and my legs get tired just hanging down. So unless you sit in a high position, the footrest in the lowest position is redundant. I assembled it without the armrests, which I prefer as it allows me to stretch my legs and sit cross-legged. I really like the tilt/lock feature. This gives me the feeling of weightlessness when I bend forward - really cool and comfortable. Relieves the back. I really like this chair. It's not perfect, but it helps me feel good about 7 hours a day.
