Great idea but didn't work
I like the concept of this article but it didn't work for me. The paintings look like metal but are made of plastic. They were very easy to install and were securely fastened. My problem was that my oversized monitor was tipped forward, so whatever I put on the shelf immediately fell off. In order for them to work, your monitor must be perfectly parallel to your desk.
