I'll be honest I won't know if I LOVE these socks until we head to Fairbanks where it will be -25 at night. But for tasting them here in temperate Northern California I really like them. Yes, they are incredibly soft. Yes, they are surprisingly warm, but not too warm. And yes, I was surprised when I realized how comfortable knee socks are in cool weather. It's been years since I've worn knee socks and keeping your calves warm along with your toes seems like a great new discovery. General body comfort has increased. Guess I need to invest in Merino wool knee high socks!
