You have your own subwoofer. And you know how important a subwoofer is in a sound system. That counts the most! Now you can turn on your subwoofer with confidence, regardless of your family, your entire community, or any car other than yourself, because now you're the only one experiencing it. For $199 you can get a home theater or club sound system. Don't worry, the mids and highs are still there. I'm listening to classical wedding guitar right now and I'm telling you the subwoofer part just adds volume. No ANC means no dizziness or nausea. The headache can still be there if you overdo it with the bass control. But the bass slider is just plain fun. Does not drown out other noises. An equalizer is music, a movie or a podcast. And best of all, a film with music. Oh my gosh I'm returning Sony XM4, Bose QC2 and giving my Beats Studio3 to my son. So I have BT status for audiophile listening as well as my favourite. I bought the Crusher evo along with an old Skullcandy Grind wireless device and it's another favorite of mine. The volume is comparable to a studio shelf box without a subwoofer. The bass is still present and still loud, but not like the Evo. I like the loop because it sounds like it's open when it's not, and it doesn't leak. It is on the ear, very light and comfortable. I dare say this Evo is way better than Sony xm4 and Bose QC2. I don't think it's just for bassheads. Most likely the old versions are wireless and ANC, but not this one. The bass slider simply complements the system. You know those purists who have never come across subwoofers, and when they have them, they're just astounding with what they've heard and what they're missing. It's comparable to that. Just buy it.
