I bought this shirt, both in black and green, and I wash it and wear it almost all weekends. I want to buy a lot more! The sleeves are perfect, wonderfully long. Not too short like many shirts as I have long arms. The only caveat is that the thumb hole is a bit small. So if it slips too far down your finger, it can feel tight.
