Used this to duplicate the family room TV with the kitchen TV. The picture is great, definitely better than the SD picture from the included digital box. So when we go from one room to another, the same thing can happen to us so that we don't miss anything. I found that the sound was microseconds ahead of my sound system which has a 20ms latency. It's a bit annoying when you're standing on a ledge where you can hear both the sound system and the remote TV. As you get closer to one, it gets clearer and the sound from one overtakes the other. The picture is synchronized with the main TV, that's the most important thing for me. I can reduce sound collision by muting one and letting the other play all the sound. We can't detect any delay.
