I bought this because the product got great reviews and I'm disappointed. I needed an alternative to cotton balls or balls to remove eye makeup and apply toner at night. They pick up remover well and remove makeup, makeup just never comes off. I don't mean it's stained, I mean there's still literally eyeshadow on the pad after washing, including glitter. I even soaked them in an Oxyclean solution before washing, but that didn't work. Unless you intend to use it only for toner or other clear liquids, I DO NOT RECOMMEND them.
