There were problems with the neck, after sleeping on a regular pillow, the neck and back of the head ached, I bought an Ascona Temp Control pillow, sleep problems and pain in the neck and back of the head are gone, I have been sleeping for 3-4 years, there are no problems, though I got used to it for about 2 months, but it's worth it, I recommend it.
