The customer service is excellent - they're responsive to our requests for change orders or additional support services and very quick at resolving any issues we might have with implementation of new features. I like how easy it was to get up an running quickly once all details were provided by them. We are working in areas where there are many different types of customers from small businesses through large corporations who need varying levels of cybersecurity protection. They do not offer what some other companies may call "next generation" products but rather focus more directly on providing good old fashioned basic network monitoring software which provides great value while being reasonably priced for most users needs. Basic Network Monitoring Software which helps identify attacks against corporate networks as well as internal network threats such as viruses and malware. This product has allowed us to monitor hundreds of workstations across multiple sites within one organization without having dedicated hardware resources.
