I like that it is easy to get in touch with customer support if you have any questions or concerns about your account. It can be difficult for customers who are new at using this software because of all its features! You need some time getting used to how everything works before fully realizing what benefits there could possibly be from it. The best part by far would probably just be being able to access my accounts anywhere without having an internet connection available or needing someone else's username/password (which sometimes isn't even possible). We use it primarily as our payroll system but also utilize other programs such as QuickBooks Online which we did not previously do so well when trying to keep track of employee information.
