We were looking for a mid-weight cotton duvet that was a little warmer than our standard cotton duvet for winter nights, and this Woodland duvet is actually full on light, it provided extra warmth. The loft bed was correct, plump but not dumpy, and the full-width measurements were perfect on either side of our double bed. We also love the rich dark blacks and greens of this blanket, both as a main blanket and especially on the sides with red and yellow accent lines. However, we were disappointed with the feel of the fabric and fiberfill. The cover is supposed to be cotton, but it doesn't feel like cotton. The fabric seems too rough and slippery, more like polyester, and the filler seems to be of poor quality; You get that light, crunchy sensation as you pick it up around the edges. So all in all good value for money and as pretty as duvets that cost twice as much - perfect for a guest room - just don't expect that rich, soft cotton feel.
