Don't put your wine bottle down with this cork
I was excited to try this product as I have always used Vacuvin corks. After using the cork as directed, I placed the wine bottle back in the wine cooler and set it on its side. The next day I went for a glass of wine and there was a few drops and the cork popped off immediately with no suction left. When I tried to press the lid again, the wine squeezed out a whoosh. It might work fine standing, but I wouldn't use it, so I'm going back. Do not put the bottle on its side, I think they are looking for a better product for this use.
