Love this teapot and love the price. The only reason I did not give it five stars is because, and I suppose it depends on your tea blend, but some of the smaller pieces do you get through the infuser. Easy fix if you just pour your tea through a strainer. I love being able to watch the herbal teas steep and enjoy the beautiful colors through the glass. Brings making tea to a whole new level.

Overall, it is a nice Clear Glass Teapot. I happen to have a Cozy that fit it so putting it out works. The size is a bit small for what I was looking for, as 20 OZ only serves two or three, depending on cup size. I do use a fine mesh basket to brew the loose leaf tea instead of the one that came with it, as the slots in the glass one are hard to clean, and they allow small bits to get into the teapot. I like a clear presentation of the tea.

The pot is great! Works perfect, is easy to clean and makes the perfect amount.But the real 5+ stars comes from the AMAZING customer service I received! My cat pushed my kettle off the kitchen counter and it shattered. I contacted CnGlass to see if I could purchase a replacement kettle part. This is a lovely teapot which I bought it for my mom. She loves it totally! The set with removal infuser, and it could used in electric stove top, I think it's ok that use it in the gas as well. The design with removable infuser lid easily cleaning, my mom really enjoying this tea set. we are big family, so my mom decided to buy another cup set so that we have enough cups for our family party.

This little tea pot is so cute. It’s a really small size perfect for a one person tea situation. It's small but I'm usually making tea for 1. I bought the 6 oz teacups and they're perfect. I can get about 3 cups of tea from it. It's also perfect for blooming tea. You can see everything.

I was sooo surprised that this was so exquisitely made! It’s just a beautiful teapot!I couldn’t believe it was actually truly useable! It looked nearly fake it was so pretty!,—I mean it looked just like a real tea pot would (except prettier), but it was also definitely way smaller than I thought it would be also. This teapot is totally amazing! Size is perfect for I don’t like to brew tea and end up throwing half of it. Though made of glass but it is sturdy enough while washing. Handle does not heat up much you can still lift it without a potholder. Looks so cute too.

This teapot is wonderful. Bought it as a gift for my daughter who loves to steep colorful teas in it. The seller made the product even better. We accidentally dropped the cover and broke it. I liked this tea pot. It is light and easy to use and clean, though the spout was a bit tricky to clean.Unfortunately, the handle broke after about a month. I used it daily, washed it carefully by hand and never bumped it against anything. The handle just came off one day. Fortunately it wasn't full of hot water!

Gave this teapot many tries before leaving a review. It works absolutely wonderfully. Makes delicious and safe teas and is easy to clean and hold. Great for hot or cold infusing. Some herb particles escape into the water but not enough to complain about. This teapot is amazing.

The 33 oz is great for four people. This teapot is great. Water boils well, handle stays cool, water pours out of it well. The infuser is excellent. I get many compliments. Great product! Beautiful! I have purchased one small first, we loved it, a couple days later ordered second one the bigger size, enjoyed a lot, it is a bit fragile, you have to take care of it, the glass tea holder inside was broken while I was trying to clean, I asked the seller if they sell parts, unfortunately no, but he sent me a new one instead as a gift, together with 2 very cute double glasses. Easy to use, sleek, healthy because no metal parts.Extremely recommended.!

My family definitely like this teapot.Quality of it is strong even though for the boiling hot water ,and at the same time it is touchable of the handle part.A lot time I used it to make Chrysanthemum tea which is a kind of healthy dry flower.
