You need strong hands to put it on as it is difficult to put it on the steering wheel. Remember - this is not an elastic product. Start with a small piece draped over the handlebars and slowly work the handlebars with strong fingers to loop one section at a time. It has a beautiful view. I feel like I'm driving a Lexus.
