These are organic sugar and essential oils. Citrus fruits - lemon and orange. Contains extracts of lavender, rosemary and calendula. When you open the can, the smell is amazing. I've used it in the shower on my arms, legs, feet, shoulders. I just followed the instructions and washed it off. I have very sensitive, dry skin and alongside a light heavenly scent on my skin, it instantly felt softer and smoother. I don't usually bother to check, but my shower is more like a spa with this scrub and it's all natural. i will get it again
