In the short time that I was using the tool, I felt that it was helping with firming my skin, my under eye bags were less noticeable. The 3D beauty bar worked great until it stopped working after a few days of use. The beauty bar would not turn on. I contacted the seller and they were very quick to respond to my issue. They were very apologetic and wanted to remedy the problem as quickly as possible. They told me that they would send me a new replacement. I’m very pleased with the quick response from this seller.
