[REVIEW UPDATE] After I started returning the seller contacted me and offered a quick replacement to which I agreed. Once it arrives I will continue to update my review. I increased the rating of the product due to the company's active customer support. There are many products out there. I have the feeling that customer orientation is often overlooked. [FIRST REVIEW] I really wanted this to work. In general, the case looked solid, but when assembling it, I noticed 2 flaws. the lower part of the frame with the protective film installed 1) did not fit because the rubber pad protruded over the clip, and 2) the protective film did not lay flat. No matter how I tried to manipulate the frame, it was still stuck around the home button. I have made several attempts to ensure that this is indeed a defect. But even trying to pin the bezel to the bottom with the home button all the way down (no iPad installed) failed. Again, I really wanted this to work because the feel of the build and the accessories that came with it was all I wanted. But so much trouble is too much trouble. $24 is cheap for a decent case. but trying to "live" with something that protects an expensive ipad is too much. Returned the product and ordered a different brand. - iPad Air 3
