This was a birthday present for my cat when she was a year old! She loves feathers. They are small and light enough to be carried around the house in a tiny cat's mouth. I don't think they are suitable for children as they fall apart so easily and are so small, but they are great for cats.

Bought for a cool wardrobe that kids use as a reward. They fell apart almost immediately leaving feathers all over my class. An adult can wear them to a costume party once, but they don't hold up at all in children's hands.

If I hadn't run out of time at my young daughter's fashion party in Nancy I would have sent them back. You are terribly thin! They shed like crazy. Our cat will love the tiny feathers all over it, but this mom is very annoyed. And they are definitely mini. Perfect for little girls but wish they were fuller and didn't fall out.

Cheap price, cheap product. The photo is definitely not that fluffy, firstly because there aren't as many feathers as in the photo, and secondly because the packaging was shrink-wrapped and flat as a pancake. They never really failed. They were bought as extras in the selfie booth to make them work, but as separate items to wear with the suit, forget it. Wouldn't buy again.

If you think you're ordering a boa, think it's a boa with lots of feathers for a normal sized adult. I was disappointed when I received them. They would be small even for a 6 year old child or an elf. I put one on my neck and the barley came up to my shoulders. They were incredibly thin and fell apart when I took them out of the box. I ordered them for an adult (not kids) party that I have in 2 days and it will be too late to get anything acceptable in time.

It was perfect for my purposes. However, if I bought them as a boas I would be very disappointed. You are thin, thin, thin. Like thin plastic party chains. I used them as a "ribbon" to create my own wand project at the princess party. GREAT! The colors are bright, they're soft and fluffy, and little girls love the ribbon! They make wonderful fluffy ribbons!

These boas are not a marabou. The marabou only has feather tips and short hair. These are full feathers wrapped to look like cooked boa marabou. Worst of all, the spring cartilage sticks out everywhere and is very finicky. With real marabou boas you can stroke them with your hand, they are very soft and smooth. This would be fine for a group of 5 or 6 year olds but if they are over that age they will not be long enough and below that age the feathers become too finicky and the feathers that…
