Beautiful pre-cut fluffy ribbon terrible boas
It was perfect for my purposes. However, if I bought them as a boas I would be very disappointed. You are thin, thin, thin. Like thin plastic party chains. I used them as a "ribbon" to create my own wand project at the princess party. GREAT! The colors are bright, they're soft and fluffy, and little girls love the ribbon! They make wonderful fluffy ribbons!
