Let me start by saying that the wheel works and solved my problem. HOWEVER I bought one and when I received the wheel a spring was missing and the clamp was broken. Found it to be defective and sent it back. Got a new bike in a week or two. The same thing. The spring is missing and the clip is broken. I figured my results would stay the same no matter how many times I sent it back, so I took the spring out of the OEM wheel and put it in there, which is a very complicated process.
