. Thicker than the average wallet but much smaller. I had trouble getting my medium zip around the Coach wallet into one of my medium sized bags without creating a bulge or needing an entire compartment for the wallet. This wallet is ⅓ shorter and fits in all of my pockets (vertical or transverse). It's good quality! There are 14 slots in total + 1 ID slot, the zipper parts are separate from each other, meaning they don't connect at the back. The middle part with the ID slot looks like it can be pulled out, but it is fixed. When the purse is closed with a wide button, the flap closes the unused button - nice attention to detail. Pleasant leather scent. this is really a great gift! (I chose black because I'm afraid the brown isn't the shade I like, but this wallet is so good I'm buying the brown!)
