Review on envVisual FM by Cesar Carter

I like how it is very easy to use, so that even new users can get familiar with this platform very easily by watching videos or tutorials provided online as well as in app support if needed! Sometimes you might need their customer care team but they are quick at responding via emailing etc. It's not really user friendly anymore because there were some problems regarding updates when using an Android phone/tablet device which made certain features of the product unavailable hence making many people frustrated especially those who do work remotely such as myself. There are better facility managemnt platforms out there and i would suggest other companies try them instead. We used Env Visual before we switched over from our previous solution provider (which was called Prodesk) where my colleague had worked previously. The user interface is very easy to use, I can easily navigate through all features of this app without any difficulty at all! It's perfect!! Nothing so far but it will be great if they add more facilities like restaurants etc which are not currently in their list. So we had no other choice than using another facility manager because there was nothing else that could do what our existing one did (which also happens to have an excellent reputation).
