Good sized wooden gaskets will not stand up to the dishwasher
I like the size and shape of the jar. I bought them to make a layered burger without the bun. I needed a wide mouth and an airtight seal. The box came with no description or care leaflet so I studied the description on the seller's website carefully as I wanted to buy a set of glass jerrycans that can be washed in the dishwasher. I usually try to get wood out of the drying cycle but not with lids. The wooden lids look faded, as if the coating that was on them has disappeared, and they are rough around the edges and feel like shavings. So I'm disappointed.
