Not for shorter petite sized people.
Not for short people! I’m 5’1 100lbs and these are just way too big. Bought these hoping to help with hip and back pain from my duly belt. Tried adjusting them as small as they would go but still too big. They seem like great quality just isn’t going to work for me.
Pros
- Worth it. Lower back pain essentially gone.
Cons
- The design is not ergonomic and causes strain on shoulders and back
