Very small

I am very disappointed with this top. My daughter loves the look, color and design but it just doesn't fit. This shirt was made for either a very young child or a very young child. My daughter is 11 years old and very big is too small. It hugs her body, but when she raises her arm above her head, it rises halfway up her body.
