This is my second purchase. The first survived garbage collection once and lasted 3 years before making it to garbage collection a second time. Without the garbage collection, this could have gone on forever! I've pasted my original review below this review. Just a few words to add. Pros: Value - Inexpensive and durable Lightweight - Removes dirt with ease! Sanitary - Stainless steel does not collect or retain germs Environmentally friendly - Reduces waste Cons: No! It works wonders - just add a small amount of dish soap, scrub lightly and then rinse out the scrubber. I hang mine on a kitchen towel hook and just place a kitchen towel on top. The scrubber is as fresh as the day I bought it! I even accidentally dropped it down the garbage chute once. I caught this right after turning on the garbage chute. He lost a limb, which did not affect the scrubber's integrity! Highly recommended!
