Very happy with this shelf. Fits perfectly in our half bath. It's functional and decorative. The holes were perfectly pre-drilled. Tools and equipment were included. Some quality adjustments could be used. A screw had snapped off at the top and the wrench could not clamp the screw when inserting it. I screwed this screw in as far as it would go and positioned the other side of the rack in the back corner of the wall. I would suggest using your own screwdriver. After a while, the wrench will hurt your hand as you drive screws into the bamboo. I appreciate that the key is there. For those who don't have tools, it's helpful to have a wrench with you. Also, be careful not to rub your hand on any part of the bamboo. Got some deep splinters. I am happy with the purchase.
