I only received this device yesterday but it is actually the third device I have ordered. I have to carefully monitor temperature and humidity on several indoor growing projects and this makes things easy. All three of my devices can be controlled in one app, so I can open them and see the current status of all at a glance. I can then review history with a single tap, which is handy for making sure everything is working as it should, at night or when I'm away. You can also set temperature and humidity settings and trigger an alarm if any of these values fall outside of these limits. NOTE: The alarm is triggered on the device, not your phone. It's not very loud at all, but I don't know how it can be because the device is so small. You can read it easily, but it's small enough to take anywhere and it has magnets on the back, which is handy if you have metal. I just lay it on the surface or lean against the wall of the container. This appears to be accurate as it consistently matches my readings from the temp and humidity controller. It appears to be of good quality and does exactly what the seller promises.
