I haven't noticed much of a difference in whitening, I like how the light goes out after 10 minutes so you don't need a timer but I feel like you need to 2- 3 times before you start getting real whitening results. It looks like I switched from a 5 to a 4 for fear of the color that was in the box. See photos. I give 3 stars! I hope you found this review helpful.
