Can be used as a personal item on the plane
Overall a good quality bag. When packaged it is slightly larger than advertised (8-9 inches instead of 6 inches) but other than that it was accurate. Seat as a personal item? YES SIR. He flew to the border with this bag as a personal item (free!) and it was fully packed. One problem is that the two front pockets are useless when fully packed. They really only fit some paper or a small notebook (no computer or tablet. Paper notebook). Putting it in your front pocket is likely to break the computer.
