It looked pretty bad when I took it out of the box. The branches were all clumped together. One of the branches is broken. It was nothing like the pictures. Fortunately, the wires that tie the lights to the branches keep the broken branch attached. I was planning to glue it but the wires seems to keep it in place for now. I guess I don't have to waste time to glue it back. I can't even find the broken branch now.the branches are made of plastic and are wrapped by wires that attach the lights to them. You can bend and shape the flexible branches and the wires will support them and hold them in place. After spending 15 minutes to rearrange the branches, the tree looks as good as the picture now. :)There is a switch at the bottom with 3 position.OFF - lights offON - lights onTime - lights on for 6 hours then turns off. It will automatically turns on again at the same time for 6 hours everyday.The package include a USB wire so you can plug it to any USB port for power or you can use 3 AA batteries. Instructions say do not plug in the USB cable if you have AA batteries in the unit. Not sure why.The instruction booklet is in 6 languages including English.This tree is as beautiful as the pictures on Best Buy. At a glance, it looks quite realistic but if you look closely, it is really obvious that this is a fake tree. Regardless, it is still very beautiful and it look fake in a way that you don't mind it is fake. I
