Got a new toasty appliance. Formerly only good for two feeble toasts. 4 toasts served, 2 separate locations, both highly rated. No, not at all! They toasted four pieces of white bread. I had to bake not once, but twice: once for 5, then again for 7 people. This caused a slight darkening of the bread. The second time around, we opted to forego the extra storage space. The bread is barely golden on one side and brown on the other after being flipped over twice at 7k. The six toasts were each toasted twice. In other words, the toaster is underpowered or has a faulty heating element and cannot perform its intended function. They did so thinking they would save time, but it ended up costing them more. This is not a product I would suggest.
