We have had this hanging shelf for 6 months now and it has fallen off the wall 3 times. A hanger should NOT be designed as a wall mount like a picture frame. It would be nice to be able to hang things on these hooks without having to "worry" about being extra careful every time you pick up your coat, bag, umbrella, etc. I added an extra wall mount screw to better secure this part and that helped for a couple of months. As of today I have to go back and add at least two more screws to keep this rack from "popping" out of the wall. I have moderate experience hanging things on walls and this is the most frustrating "fix" I've ever had to deal with. In general, the product looks nice, but the quality is just "average". in the best case. Pine wood is very thin and the stand is very light. Looks like a piece a Boy Scout would build for a project. Not worth the money, especially given my criticism of wall mount issues.
