Wrong product received.

Well before my problem was solved I received an invitation to write a review so here it is. I received the correct box for the product but a WHITE box instead of PINK as suggested in the description. There were no power cords. I am extremely disappointed. However, there is one more change to fix this. I will send it back and wait what happens. =
