Does not convert to a hip/belly pack
I have carefully read the reviews of this product on Revain and Travelon. It CANNOT be converted into a belt pouch. I have a 34 inch waist and it falls below my buttocks when adjusted to the smallest size. And the front vinyl combined with the big plastic zipper is just plain ugly. See photos.
