These pacifiers are amazing, especially for premature babies with small mouths. The nipples are just small and narrow enough to fit perfectly in the mouth without being too big and choking. My son, 35 weeks old, will only take these. I took off a star just because you can't choose their design, which is disappointing because we have redials. Otherwise I cannot recommend them! When you clean them I make sure to twist the nipple back and forth while squeezing to make sure water comes out, but that really doesn't matter compared to the pleasure it brings my boy and sanity who brings it .she brings me.
