Our kids love these! We have 3 of these, 2 of them are around 5 years old and still kicking. However, the new one we purchased less than 4 months ago and is used indoors just like the others but is already failing to hold air. Our old ball handle when deflated and measured while flat measures 6mm thick, the new one measures 5mm thick, so it appears they reduced the thickness of the wall from 3mm to 2.5mm. It may not seem like much but I would gladly pay a bit more to get a ball that will last. It would seem the little bit of thickness goes a long way for durability.In my picture you can see the old ball on the right and the new ball on the left which looks like that after a matter of hours while I can't remember the last time I had to pump up the old one.
