The sanitizing gel just clogs the dispenser.
We ended up suing 70% alcohol. One unit was irreversibly damaged by the gel. Disappointed, I can't just buy a replacement dispenser - at least I see it. Actually, I should get a free replacement. In addition, the beep when using the thermometer or the counting function is quite loud and annoying. There has to be a way to turn down the volume or turn off the beep. Bad design in general.
