This steam cleaner doesn't seem to have enough power, steam, um or whatever to remove most edge creases from every fabric we've tried it on. Every time we've tried this to quickly iron out a crease or two, or used it on fabric that can't be ironed, it hasn't really done anything special. wrinkles remain. We followed the instructions and only used distilled water. Today was the last attempt to use it. I wanted it to gently smooth out the creases on my daughter's prom dress and not even smooth them out. It just doesn't bring good results. The last return date was of course four days ago.
